Kirsten Simone is an American actor and playwright. She gained fame for her role as Penelope Garcia on the TV show Criminal Minds, a police procedural/crime drama. Kirsten Vangsness played Penelope Garcia in the television show Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders as well as in two of its spin-offs: Criminal Minds: Suspect Behaviour. From her debut appearance on show business in 1998, Kirsten Vangsness played a number of small roles in films. Apart from her noteworthy films, Ms. Williams has also appeared in a variety of films, including "In My Dreams", The Chicago 8 as well as Kill Me, Deadly. Her work has been published in The Los Angeles Times. As well as a playwright she also co-wrote 3 episodes of Criminal Minds. She is famous for saving and rehabilitation of abandoned or injured felines.
